Terms of Service

1. The Service

We provide AI products and services, including the AI Voice Agent (phone answering, bookings and follow-up), OpenClaw deployments, computer vision, and related business automation. The exact scope of what we deliver for you is agreed before you purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: The price for each product or service is quoted and agreed with you in writing before you purchase. What we build is scoped to your business, so pricing is not a single fixed published figure.
  • Subscriptions: Where a service is provided on a subscription, it is billed month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No lock-in contracts.
  • Trials and setup: Any trial, demo or setup fee is as agreed with you in writing before it begins.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. Refund Policy

  • Trials and one-off fees: Non-refundable once the work has started. If you're unsatisfied, you're under no obligation to continue.
  • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds. If you experience a genuine service failure, contact us and we'll make it right.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to your AI agent
  • You must review and approve any outbound communications the agent sends on your behalf, where the service is configured to require it
  • You must not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or harassment
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any access credentials we provide

5. Our Responsibilities

  • We will provide the service as described and keep your data secure
  • We will not access your data for purposes other than providing the service
  • We will notify you of any service disruptions or data breaches
  • We will respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days

6. Limitations

  • The AI agent is a tool, not a replacement for professional advice (legal, financial, medical)
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on the agent's output
  • Service availability is subject to third-party platform uptime (telephony carriers, Google, AI providers)
  • We reserve the right to limit usage that significantly exceeds reasonable business use

7. Intellectual Property

Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any information you provide to your AI agent. The service itself, including its design and technology, remains our intellectual property.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us
  • We may terminate your service for violation of these terms, with notice
  • Upon termination, your data is preserved for 30 days then permanently deleted

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
