Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AI Employee service ("Service") provided by Industrial AI Pty Ltd ("we", "us") at industrialai.au.

1. The Service

We provide a dedicated AI agent that connects to your Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and operates via Telegram. The agent handles email management, calendar scheduling, document processing, and business memory on your behalf.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • 7-Day Trial: $59 AUD one-time payment. Full access for 7 days. No automatic renewal.
  • Monthly Subscription: $297 AUD per month. Cancel anytime. No lock-in contracts.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. Refund Policy

  • Trial ($59): Non-refundable. If you're unsatisfied, simply don't continue.
  • Monthly ($297): Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds. If you experience a genuine service failure, contact us and we'll make it right.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to your AI agent
  • You must review and approve all emails before they are sent on your behalf
  • You must not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or harassment
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram bot access

5. Our Responsibilities

  • We will provide the service as described and keep your data secure
  • We will not access your data for purposes other than providing the service
  • We will notify you of any service disruptions or data breaches
  • We will respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days

6. Limitations

  • The AI agent is a tool, not a replacement for professional advice (legal, financial, medical)
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on the agent's output
  • Service availability is subject to third-party platform uptime (Google, Telegram, AI providers)
  • We reserve the right to limit usage that significantly exceeds reasonable business use

7. Intellectual Property

Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any information you provide to your AI agent. The service itself, including its design and technology, remains our intellectual property.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us
  • We may terminate your service for violation of these terms, with notice
  • Upon termination, your data is preserved for 30 days then permanently deleted

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
